How We Work
Engagements are small, senior, and direct — you work with the person doing the work. We start with a short scoping conversation, deliver something running early rather than a deck, and instrument what we build so its performance is observable rather than asserted.
We take a limited number of engagements at a time. If a project isn't a fit for us, we'll say so.

BMF Consulting Group LLC is an independent consulting practice founded and operated by Brandon Flowers, based in the United States. Alongside client consulting, the company conducts algorithmic trading research. That research is carried out solely with the company's own capital — we do not manage money for clients, we do not accept outside funds, and we do not offer investment advice.

These are operational notifications only — we do not send marketing or promotional messages, we do not message the general public, and we maintain no customer or subscriber list.
