These terms govern your use of this website and any SMS notification service provided by BMF Consulting Group LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these terms.
SMS Notification Programs
We operate two internal SMS programs. Neither sends marketing or promotional messages, and neither messages the general public.
Trading account alerts. Automated account activity notifications to recipients who have opted in by providing their phone number. Message frequency varies with account activity.
Personal AI agent communications. Internal AI assistants that message the business owner about the company's own operations — a daily summary, a question needing his decision, or a notice that an automated internal process needs attention — and accept his replies in the same conversation. The recipient is the business owner only. Message frequency is typically one per day, and no more than a few, plus replies.

Opt-In and Opt-Out
You opt in by voluntarily providing your phone number for notifications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which we will stop sending messages to that number. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at brandon@bmfconsulting.com.
No Warranty
Message delivery depends on wireless carriers and other third parties and is not guaranteed. Notifications are provided for informational purposes only, on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Not Financial Advice
Nothing on this site or in any notification we send constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. BMF Consulting Group LLC does not manage client funds and does not accept outside capital.
Consulting Engagements
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Consulting engagements are governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or our notification service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
